Lyle Roth of Tofield, Alberta formerly of Smith, Alberta, passed away into the presence of his Lord and Saviour on March 5, 2025 at the age of 95 years.

Lyle is survived by his children Martin (Debbie Ooms), Virgil (Rose) and Dwight (Catherine); grandchildren Kyle (Stacy) Zook, Kenton (Kelsey Petryshen), Shayln (Noah) Grulke, Noah (Eden) Roth, Brianna (Rhys) Haubrich and Caleb Roth; great-grandchildren Zoey, Lily, Amie, Gracelynn, Spencer and Heidi; brother Lauren; sister Grace, Marlene and Lois whom all reside in the United States; brother-in-law Ed Yoder of Smith, Alberta.

He was predeceased by his loving wife Joyce in 2019; seven siblings and his sister-in-law Marion Yoder.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Tofield Seniors Lodge and the Tofield Hospital.  As well as their love and appreciation to those who have supported Lyle with prayers and visits, especially the last three months. 

A celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Bethany Christian Church at Smith, Alberta.
