Linda Sware was born in Edmonton on October 18, 1955; she passed away on July 6, 2024 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Camrose at 68 years old.

Linda leaves behind her husband of 48 years, Wade; her daughter, Leann and husband, Nathan Strilchuk, and three grandchildren, Kayden, Erin and Nolan; her five siblings, MaryAnn (Brian) Faltinson, Dan (Phyllis) McLeod, Susan (Phil) Baker, Greg (Liezl) McLeod, and Jacqi McLeod; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Linda was predeceased by her son Steven Sware, and her parents Mavis and Charlie McLeod. 

A Memorial service to celebrate Linda's life will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at the Tofield United Church,  4832 53 Ave, Tofield, Alberta.

Memorial donations can be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, Children’s Heart Society or to a charity of one’s choice.
