Born December 12, 1938 in Germany. Passed away peacefully November 27, 2023 at the Sunshine Villa in Tofield, Alberta where she lived for the last five years. Liese previously lived in Montreal, working as a hairdresser, she then moved to Kelowna before settling in the Tofield area.

A dog lover, Liese trained and participated in competitions with her German Shepherds. Liese also spent many hours in recent years knitting socks and was always on the lookout for feet in need and for friendship.

Liese is predeceased by her partner, Bill Feeny. She is survived by two sisters and a brother in Germany. She will be dearly missed by her friends, Gloria, Kevin and Connie Knudslien. Her Sunday afternoon visits will be so missed. Liese will be missed by many friends in the Tofield area.  She had a beautiful smile and was always ready to chat.

Cremation has taken place. At Liese’s request, there will be no service.
