Kelly Maidens

October 18, 1969 - April 03, 2025

There is sadness in our hearts as we share the news of Kelly's passing.He left us after a lengthy battle with liver disease.

Kelly was born in Calgary, Alberta and travelled with his parents to BC and Lethbridge, Alberta and then Edmonton as a youth. He made his home in Edmonton for a few years and had a relationship that gave him his first child, a son, Cody. He then met and married Sheri and they moved to Camrose and then Sylvan Lake. They had three children; Perry, Brandon and Ashley.  

When they separated Kelly moved around Alberta and eventually settled in the Camrose area where he lived until his passing.

Kelly is survived by his children; Cody, Perry (Andrea), Brandon (Sabrina), Ashley (Tim), grandchildren; Grayson, Nova and Zeke, and Sheri. Sisters; Brenda and Kerrie (Bob).  He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Melissa (Gary), Ian (Jen), Tanya (Clayton), Bobbi (Shawn), Bret (Natalie) and their families; Cindel, Keira, Leland, Carson, Shea, Sydni, and Ty.

Kelly was predeceased by his parents, John and Ruby, his sisters, Susan and Darlene and his brother-in-law, Ken.

We as a family would like to thank the staff of the Camrose Hospital, STARS and the staff at the U of A., Dr. Yuen and Nurse Hayley in the Intensive Care Unit were wonderful with Kelly and ourselves during our final goodbye.

A memorial for Kelly will be held at a later date.
